Ordinary pin insulator porcelain and cast steel are glued together with cement glue, and the surface of the porcelain is coated with a layer of glaze to improve the insulation performance of the insulator. The surface of the cast steel and porcelain glue is coated with a moisture-proof agent.

The lightning protection pin insulator adopts a patented puncture type structure to penetrate the wire insulation layer installed in the wire groove to form an electrical connection; the unique arc ignition fork is closely connected with the upper end of the insulator by bolts, and the other end is a discharge end, and is installed. The grounding electrode on the lower end of the insulator forms a discharge gap; and an insulating cover encloses all exposed portions of the upper end of the insulator except the discharge end of the arcing fork.
